A Nutrient Dense Golden Turmeric Tea Latte!

The nutrients in this tea latte is so much! Your body will jump for joy and thank you for it! Some of the main ingredients in this tea are turmeric and ginger. Turmeric and ginger are herbs that have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. The other ingredients are cloves, honey, cinnamon and coconut milk which contain lots of amazing health benefits as well.



INGREDIENTS


Ginger (fresh)
Turmeric (fresh)
3 cloves
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Honey (as desired)
Coconut milk


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Peel the ginger & turmeric.
2. Mash the ginger, turmeric & cloves.
3. Add boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes or depending on how strong you want to be.
4. Strain into your favorite mug or cup, add the black pepper, cinnamon, some coconut milk and honey to sweeten.
5. Enjoy!
