The Inauguration of Donald Trump as 45th President of the US in Pictures

So, it's a done deal! Donald Trump is now the 45th president of the U.S. I do hope for the sake of the American people and the rest of the world that he would actually 'Make America Great Again'.

His inauguration occurred amidst anti-trump protesters chanting, smashing windows, shattering glass and toppling trash cans while the police are trying to keep them in order. Up until this moment, protesters are still clashing with police. Below is an excerpt from President Trump's inauguration speech and pictures from the inauguration.

"For too long, have reaped the rewards of government while people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered period, but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs and while they celebrated in our nation's capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land."
